Happy Tunesday! Last week we tweeted a video of New York's PS22 Chorus singing Katy Perry's Firework. Naturally, I came across that cover during a video marathon on their channel. Sometimes they have the actual artists come in and sing with them. As someone who was totally celebrity crushing on Teddy Geiger when his first album 'Underage Thinking' came out, I had a bit of a 'fangirl moment' when I saw his name show up on one of their videos (this is the tinest bit funnier if you imagine that it's Graeme writing this). As our theme of the month encourages enjoying the present moment, a song called "Walking In The Sun" seemed like the perfect choice to celebrate the weather we're currently experiencing here in Pompey! ...the fact that it's a song about looking on the bright side (as he explains toward the end of the video) by Teddy Geiger #throwbackswoon is just coincidence.
