Tinsel Tunesday 10th December, 2013: O Come O Come Emmanuel - The Piano Guys

Another beautiful Tunesday is upon us guys!

We were able to hold out until last week to start with the holiday tunes, but now, the floodgates have been opened! 

Today's choice is a beautiful instrumental piece of O Come O Come Emmanuel - undoubtedly one of my favourite Christmas songs. There's not much more that needs to be said other than 'Enjoy!'

It's your lucky [Tunes-] day! As I said, this is one of my favourite Christmas songs, and I recently heard a new version of it at a carol service, but was unable to find a video of it in time to make it the Tunesday post. I did find it though, and so, for your listening pleasure, O Come O Come Emmanuel... again. 

Wow right? The guitar - especially the slide playing - is what puts it over the top for me.

What do you guys think? Old school or new? Maybe both? Either way, my ears are happy! (:
